Installation for freezing blood plasma in bottles and other biological materials by layer-by-layer freezing on the inner walls of bottles. The design of the unit includes: a vapor compression refrigeration system with an air-cooled condenser, a freezer bath (section), a device for rotating bottles and spraying their outer surfaces.
The freezer compartment is made of stainless steel. It is permissible to manufacture installations with a separate version of the freezer compartment and the engine room, which allows the engine room to be installed outside the premises with increased sanitary and hygienic requirements.
