The PAR 280 PLC band saw is a full cycle automatic band saw with a hydraulic saw frame and hydraulic vise. The machine is equipped with a SIEMENS CNC control system. On this machine, you can set the number of cuts, as well as their length. The PLC system memorizes several programs, which is very convenient when parts of different lengths need to be cut from one workpiece. The cutting accuracy is 0.2 mm. The robust design of the machine enables vibration-free sawing of heavy solid materials. The inverter allows you to optimally adjust the belt speed to suit the workpiece. A built-in strain gauge monitors the belt tension. PAR 280 PLC is designed for serial industrial use.
