SpRecord TT recording system

It is advisable to use the SpRecord TT system when recording directly from a telephone line is impossible (for example, when using system telephones or VoIP telephones with an encrypted stream).

Due to the fact that the SpRecord TT adapter is not connected to a telephone line, but to a telephone handset, the system has a number of limitations:

• • it is not possible to determine the calling / called subscriber number;
• • there is no possibility to determine the direction of the call;
• • there is no possibility of voice notification about recording (only tone notification);
• • in some cases (non-standard arrangement of telephone handset contacts) additional configuration of the system is required using a special utility.
